GOTV, Virtual Prom, Protect the Election Results (Oh MY!)

Members of Persist Brooklyn assemble on the steps of the Brooklyn Library just prior to the Women's March Oct.17th. The BK March (organized by PBK rockstars Lia and Jaclyn) had 400+ attendees to honor the legacy of RBG and flex some BIG DISSENT ENERGY!

Forget about the Nov. 3rd Election Day on your calendar, the election is happening NOW. More than 26 million Americans have already voted (which is more than SIX TIMES the amount of people who had already voted at this point during the 2016 Election), and the U.S. is on pace for a record turn-out for this election. We CAN'T LET UP. We must continue to get voters to the polls to show Donald Trump and the Republican Party that WE DISSENT to their corrupt agenda, voter suppression tactics, and shameless cruelty. JOIN US at any one of our upcoming events to make your difference!

PLEASE SIGN & SHARE OUR PETITION

*We call on the media to uphold their responsibility to report elections accurately. An election ends, not when the polls close, but only when the last vote is counted. Media should begin NOW to normalize the idea that we will probably have to wait weeks after November 3, 2020 for final results and should lay the foundation that a delayed result is not due to a corrupted process.*

PLEASE SIGN & SHARE OUR PETITION! The stakes are our DEMOCRACY!

All-Star Candace Valenzuela dropped into our last Happy Hour to thank us for our organizing efforts. We always have amazing guests at our (virtual) Happy Hours; so be sure to JOIN US!
